Wearing Contact Lenses On The Job

I realise that this is a very random question.

People who wear contact lenses and work long hours, do you have contact lenses in for part of the day and then switch to glasses in the evening/night or do you just wear them for 16 hours straight?

Thanks.

idk but a girl at my corpo wears these blue contact lenses all day every day. I know they’re contacts because I saw her without one day. She’s super weird, but I guess wearing Louboutin heels 12 hours a day builds up your pain tolerance. Asians, bruv…..

Maybe her actual eyes are blue and the time they weren't was when she wore contacts

Asian with blue eyes. Pretty obvious giveaway that those are contact lenses...

Had a similar problem. Your eyes will definitely hate you for it, and if you're able to take them out for a few min and put in some eyedrops or just relubricate the lenses then it helps tremendously. At one point, I switched to just wearing glasses late at work (with a filter as well to protect from too much screen time, although I also had astigmatism and pretty big light sensitivity so may not help as much for everyone else). Eventually, I got Lasik which hands-down is one of the best decisions of my life. Just choose a reputable doctor/clinic and you shouldn't have safety concerns. Ended up being ~4k all-in but the convenience of never needing to deal with contacts or glasses has proved to be a lot more to me.

I don't even take them out to sleep

How many days do they last?
