Dating etiquette is like values, you have them or you don't. It's not something you are going to find in some book; if there's a book about this then it might be full of cliches. The way you perform during a date is very personal; all has to suit you. If you do otherwise it would look extremely forced and not natural; as if you were about to interpret a script or something.

Why are you asking this?

Something general about the matter would be: respect the other person, treat her the same way you'd like to be treated, listen, don't be a dick, keep a good convo, and don't think of +18 scenes. Pretty normal...my 0.02
