What are your thoughts on retail RE in general now?
Given that the pandemic is kinda over (at least in the developed countries), Im thinking about maybe getting into some REITs like BXP and hold on for a bit?
Are you guys moving away from retail RE? what are the alternatives? Energy?
I've also been thinking about maybe getting into warehouse-focused-type REITs, if that is eve a thing, any recommendations?
bump
There are warehouse REITs like prologis (amazon's landlord) but tbh in 2021 you're a bit late to the party. Unless you can find one that you think is going to specifically revolutionize warehousing I think I'd be looking further forward to data center REITs.
This makes sense. I also like cold storage as an idea so have been looking at Americold for a while.
Do you think Americold would also provide you with pierogi storage tovarish?
Oczywiście. That and some Tyskie I can't all drink by myself
Prologis and Simon Property Group were some of my best performers last year.
