What are your thoughts on retail RE in general now?

Given that the pandemic is kinda over (at least in the developed countries), Im thinking about maybe getting into some REITs like BXP and hold on for a bit?

Are you guys moving away from retail RE? what are the alternatives? Energy?

I've also been thinking about maybe getting into warehouse-focused-type REITs, if that is eve a thing, any recommendations?

This makes sense. I also like cold storage as an idea so have been looking at Americold for a while.

Prologis and Simon Property Group were some of my best performers last year.
