First or second paycheck
how is end of yr bonus paid? Also what are normal bonus ranges by division
Last paycheck of August (summer cycle)
No clue about other divisions but first year IB analyst is ~$35-65k or so normally
I thought GS paid bonuses in January? Aren’t first years given stubs?
No, analysts are summer cycle. Everyone else is calendar year. Switch happens after associate 0 (your third year if A2A)
Makes sense. So do A2A receive some sort of a signing bonus at year end when they go from AN2 -> A0?
After your third year bonus (A0) which is paid in August, you are treated same as a new post MBA associate and then get the stub that following January. There is no signing bonus for staying on
