“Other people’s stories” sounds like a forum, in which case you have subreddits like personalfinance, financialindependence, FatFIRE, etc. Is that the kind of thing you’re after? Is it advice on retirement accounts (IRAs, 401K, etc.)? Is it Boglehead-style index fund dicussions? Is it a personal finance blog like Mr. Money Mustache or Financial Samurai? Is it a lifestyle blog like Early Retirement Extreme? It really all depends on what you want.

What does “personal finance” mean to you? Is it knowing what a FICO score is? Different people have different needs; just trying to get a sense of what yours are. Cheers
