This gtown kid sounds like a total loser. He’d prob waste hundreds of thousands of bucks and years “doing his thing” just to end up as a Stifel analyst lol

I genuinely don’t understand why some of you are hiding behind screens and taking shots at this kid. It’s pretty clear some of you can’t handle the fact that someone’s decision is making you question your own path in life. For example, why would someone who’s about to start at an MFPE shop feel the need to publicly clown a kid who turned down an offer from CVP to pursue entrepreneurship? If I see you at my MFPE shop, rest assured, I’ll make sure you face consequences. Whether that’s having your reputation ruined or getting fired, disrespecting someone for their race and risk tolerance won’t be tolerated.

I’ve confirmed with people at CVP that this kid did, in fact, turn down their offer to go in a different direction. It’s clear that what really bothers some of you is that you don’t have the courage to make the kind of bold decision this kid made. So instead, you hide behind anonymous comments, change your usernames, and act like you’re above him. You’re not.

Stop using excuses like “DEI” or claiming his offer was pulled to justify your own insecurities. If you think it’s okay to disrespect someone because they’re different or chose a different path, you’re showing your own weakness. Get a grip. If someone tracked down where you’re working, you’d be in serious trouble for your behavior here.

All I’m asking is what makes him deserving of all of this hate? Please fill me

will tone it down for the mods. was basically the worst intern in history at rbc, which caused cvp to hear about it and pulling their offer. but then this guy is telling ppl that HE TURNED DOWN CVP, even though he was 100% a diversity hire

Can someone provide a quick TLDR of what the hell is going on? I don’t come on the app for one week and I’m so lost.

A kid is lying on LinkedIn about not getting his offer pulled. He said he turned down centerview to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. Which is false. We all know he got his offer pulled. We are trying to set the record straight yk

An individual who received an offer from Centerview after a Rbc sophomore internship later decided to decline the offer to pursue entrepreneurship. Despite a less favorable performance during the internship, the offer was still extended. The individual eventually chose to focus on a venture, a decision they shared on their LinkedIn profile. However, there has been criticism , with some accusing the individual of dishonesty and recklessness for taking this risk.

Get a life man, jesus. Reading through your replies on this thread is honestly just sad.

Shut the fuck you cumt. Why aren’t you mad this kid is lying about the prestigious jobs we work hard for. Kid got it since he was black and lost it since he acted like the incompetent full he is and got exposed at Rbc and lost his offer at cvp and got fired and now he is lying online

Can you please be honest? Did this guy hook up with your crush or something? The amount of hate you have for him is ridiculous. Does it piss you off that he actually turned it down and left finance to do his own thing? Does seeing him venture off the ‘golden path’ while you’re still on it make you question your own life choices? It’s okay to question your life, but what’s not okay is making claims that he got his offer pulled or using racist terms against someone, especially from behind a screen. Imagine if this guy was in your presence— you know damn well you’d either be on the ground or decked. Better yet, nothing would even happen, because you wouldn’t act like this in person. Please, for the love of God and everyone else, get a life and stop attacking someone you don’t even know. Wish you the best man.

This kid is on here a lot posting comments on multiple accounts defending himself and trying to make it look like others are.

I have no horse in this race but it’s just blatantly obvious when you look at the speed these accounts come out and always say the same thing, also comparing popular sentiment in the original thread vs subsequent ones and the drastic shift.

That’s what I’m saying man. I knew it. Someone finally pointed it out!

I’m not the kid. I’m 26 and Im wondering why these kids are obsessed with this kid. Have the younger gen zs become socially isolated losers? Seriously WHO CARES??? does this change your life if he did? No. Who the fuck cares if he did or didn’t - how does this impact your life? You need to break into IB he’s no longer in the industry. They’re making this kid out to be worse than the Jeff Chang saga who fucking faked an offer from another bank to try and get another BB offer - but you kids wouldn’t know because you were kids at the time.

Dude it’s not about that it’s the fact he is claiming he reneged centerview when he got fired. He deserves all of this criticism and exposing he is getting here.  Kid does not have any balls he is fraud

If you are not mad a kid is lying on his LinkedIn about reneging and can’t accept the fact he fucked up. You are apart of the problem DEI is the problem and this kid shows it. He literally got his offer pulled and now is online lying like he didn’t.

WSO hasn’t been this fun in forever I swear.
Thanks for the wonderful night and hope he gets the justice served to him on a silver plate

FYI this kid is notorious for making alts/SBing himself on WSO. Pretty obvious when you look at the writing style of the comments defending him
