Why does everyone play Call of Duty and nothing else??

I mean come on there’s Rocket League, League of Legends, Valorant, Age of Empires, Skyrim, and thousands of other really fun games. But all I ever seem to hear about is Call of Duty.

Not that COD is bad or boring, but there’s so much else out there.

Tried rocket league a couple times actually, just didn't really feel it. Actually, my first point isn't fully true I do play GTA.

Among Us is something I play with friends, its been difficult to get together and its something that keeps us connected. Never got into multiplayer games too much, don't like Rocket League, LoL hasn't been fun in years, CSGO was cool for awhile but I got bored. I'm more into games like Witcher 3, recently been playing Dragon's Dogma as well.

It really is, loved the immersion and the characters. Going to replay it soon. Loved the two DLC's as well, they were so well done in terms of story and the new characters they introduced. Blood and Wine was awesome.

Witcher 3 is a FANTASTIC game. I loved getting immersed in the whole universe they built.

Yep. My absolute favorite of this past generation.

COD is the winner out of current games I play but I also rip FIFA, 2K, Rocket League (I get too angry playing Rocket League tho lol). I stopped playing COD after the "golden age", I think Ghosts was the last one I played seriously, so it is nice to be back into the series that I have always loved. Also whenever a Rockstar or Bethesda game comes out, that usually dominates my gaming for a while. Every couple of months, I also go on a week long Mount and Blade bender where I just play for hours and check in on my little empire. For battle royale games, Warzone is definitely my favorite, but I've spent quite a bit of time playing Fortnite and Apex in the past. With Warzone staying a thing with the new black ops, I find it hard to imaging any other franchise seriously challenging COD, not that fortnite is pretty over.

Dayman?

In essence, Call of Duty has always been the best arcade shooter in the market. Competing games were usually viewed as needing too much time to both get good and to play a game. E.g. a game of CSGO or Rainbow Six will last multiple times longer than a TDM/Domination game on COD. Additionally, the learning curve on Call of Duty is not that steep - it's an easy game to pick up.

I agree, I love the look of it but I'm not sure if I like how it plays yet. I'll have to play it a bit more to see

I don't play any FPS. I'd hardly say people only play CoD.

Play what you like though.
