Will it be an Ever-Grande exit or not?

What's happening and going to happen with Evergrande and other Chinese Construction Companies, running huge debts>$500B, set to default/restructure(depending upon whom you listen to)? Wanted to hear what the experienced heads here(no pun intended) had to say about it. What are we possibly looking at here?
