Working Out in IB?
Dedicated gym-goer headed into IB on the west coast -- When do you all get your workouts in? Seen lots of posts where bankers go before work, and others where people dedicate an hour (say between 6-7p) daily. Curious what you all do

It’s very possible. In the last 30 days I’ve gone to the gym 26 times according to my app. You just need to be sure you can respond to an email within 15 minutes. Most of the time if an email comes in, I’ll quickly confirm receipt (within 5 minutes), and get to their request within the next hour.
