your school's library probably has access. if not, there's probably a discount you get. when I was in school we got it for like 70% off, maybe more, I can't remember exactly but it was a good deal. and that was for paper + electronic. if you really want to read it cover to cover, your library probably gets it.
I still get that college discount (signed up when I graduated 2+ years ago). Wonder if they'll start questioning me after 4 years...
