Has anyone heard of O4U and/or Attending the 2025 Business Conference

Hello, so I kind of heard about O4U randomly one day and kind of applied for their business conference on a spur (literally did the application in one sitting). A few weeks back got accepted into their business conference which I heard is supposedly very prestigious and also keep seeing O4U everywhere. Now, does anyone actually know anything about this org/has had experience with and did actually lead to a substantial lead for a job interview. Also, is anyone going to the conference and is the application process even competitive or did everyone get in. Any insight would help.TIA!
