Hi Everyone,
I was doing some research on firms outside of traditional finance centers such as NY, Chicago, SF, etc, and I noticed that Las Vegas, a city that has a fairly large population, does not have any investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, or real estate private equity presence. I maybe mistaken, but I cannot seem to find any firms within these subgroups within Las Vegas. Logically, I would assume a city such as Las Vegas, would have at least an investment bank with a REGAL group, as well as a few private equity or real estate private equity firms in LV. Can anyone confirm if thats the case? Also, if I am right is there a reason on why there isn't a high finance presence in LV?
