2nd wave of on-cycle
Seems like the MFs are done interviewing mainly. Lots of firms decided to sit out and wait. I wonder when the second process will kick off.

I doubt there will be a "second oncycle" as that did not happen last year even though it was heavily rumored. More likely, interviews will just keep going on a rolling basis with maybe some shorter interviews over the next few weeks and then tapering off and then offcycle style ones starting more in 2024.
Some of the larger HHs have said their clients are sitting out for awhile.
