2nd year associate avg salary?
Hi
I am recently offered 2nd year associate position at ~$50bn AUM PE. Is $125 base + 80~120% bonus around the industry average or at the lower end?

Lower end if US
Whats the latest fund size? Seems on the lower end
Sounds like London
Base seems fine, bonus seems low. If US for megafund PE I would expect >$350k all-in as a second year associate
+1 on this
That's sounds right in the fairway (U.S.).
Low
The high end is in line with what I got at a UMM fund (less than 1/3 the AUM) in my first year. Expecting $340k to $350k as a second year so would say that sounds like it's on the lower end.
following
Low end.
Also AUM does not matter for PE. you need to look at fund size specifically to the one you're investing out of. If it's majority credit and you're an equity investor.... you get the idea
Sounds like PG
