4 Offers!!! What to pick? I would appreciate any help
I am fortunate enough to have received 4 offers for a 2023 SA position.
BOFA - Wholesale Credit BOFA - Global Transaction Services Credit Suisse - Tech IB Bain Capital - Credit
How should I go about deciding what offer to accept? I’m leaning more towards Bain because of the better WLB while still having a high paying job, and the brand name reputation. They are known to send people to top MBAs
What does everyone else think ?

Think of it like, after the Bain SA, if you decided you REALLY wanted to do IB (or anything sell side), then it would be quite easy for full time as there's always positions available but that can't be said for vice versa. Just my opinion though of course
Interned at CS not in tech, would avoid. Take Bain
Can you elaborate more on your experience. ?
CS IB as a whole has great culture, but the tech group was horrible from what I heard. Plus CS tech has been bleeding MDs.
My experience at CS was great and I loved it. Would recommend but not tech.

Could do Bain Cap credit, if you don’t like it. Wouldn’t be very hard to move to an top Rx or Levfin group and recruit to traditional PE from there.

it depends on what you want but it seems like wlb is a big factor for you.
if wlb outweighs exit opps -> bain
if exit opps are more important -> cs tmt
cs tmt has been bleeding mds but they are still a top 10 tech group on the street, you will get a great experience there
Avoid CS TMT, you will work like a dog.
