If they did, why would she be asking for donations to survive?
She may have been a top performer for such a high comp and she seemed to have had direct access to the top folks at GA prior to leaving, which is unusual for normal senior assoc. Would not consider that market.
Agreed. From all I've seen, seems she was a top notch employee who had the respect of higher ups at GA.
dang maybe she got psychosis and went full Patrick Bateman
Can’t speak for GA, but can confirm that another firm of their caliber is paying $550k. I’m willing to believe they’re out there at $600k
Which city?
NYC
Is this the average at your fund or for the exceptional performers only
Standard on-target comp for Senior Associate after 3 years as an Associate, with only high performers being promoted… so, both?
So how much do you pay vps 800+?
lol
Can confirm $550k+ TC including shares at Chicago MM for Sr Associates last bonus season
Catalyst? Unless AUM changes, where is the money coming from given juniors are paid from mgmt fee
Ouch. Still seeing $400-450m here
Jeez $450m? That's literally poverty level.
Anybody know where I can see the video of her going off the deep end?
170k, very close to 600k lol. Even with a 150% bonus allocation that isn't 600. I guess the "journalist" did no fact checking.
If they actually paid her a lower base than male colleagues who joined after her, that’s a pretty clear cut case of getting the shit sued out of you. Not sure why firms think they can do stuff like that
