Accepting an Offer while awaiting another
What is the best way to go about this messy situation?
Currently have offer in hand but awaiting other rounds for other funds to move through the stages?
Company a - offer Company b - late rounds Company c - early rounds
looking to leave mm ib firm
oh and I'm going to China on vaca in a few weeks to see my family
My guess would be to tell them you have an offer and see if you can move through the process quicker?
This was certainly what worked for me. It was amazing how beforehand, availability was hugely limited, but once I had one offer on the table, a few other processes suddenly opened up and concluded within the week!
