PIM: never seen this before. Maybe something similar to PPM (Private Placement Memorandum). Judging from the rest of the sentence, "Profit Impact of Market Strategy" makes no sense, specially since the "s" is in lower case, which means plural. NBO: Non-Binding Offer DD: in fact it is Due Diligence
