They have this ex-Abraaj guy on their team now who won't shut up and is full of himself. At one point he was trying to offload a totally corrupt company Abraaj owned through some shady structure in Pakistan (K-Electric) to other funds. I wouldn't trust him, and by extension, ADQ. Active shop, but I can't imagine the investment decisions being very smart when you're throwing darts at everything everywhere.
Helpful to know, but I imagine the ex-Abraaj guy sits on the PE side.
