I unfortunately don't have info to add on this but just saying I wish I knew about this when I was in college. From what I've heard from a buddy, if you do the deal team soph internship at Advent and then go to a good BB/EB program after UG you have a much better chance of getting an associate offer (he said like a third to half his incoming class was former soph interns).
Getting a big leg up on associate recruiting for a firm as great as Advent is such a nice get.
