Advice for getting a full-time PE offer after the internship

Hey guys, I'm set to start a PE internship in a few weeks (will be splitting time between the deal team and the portfolio management team), and would like your advice on how to seal a full-time offer afterwards. Would also appreciate any tips on how to prepare for the internship (what sort of material to review, building models, etc.).

Thanks in advance!
