JAMMBO , one of those firms that has benefitted deeply from multiple inflation in the past, i think their best days are behind them and their assets barring a few seem rather poorly managed.

LOL they can keep hiring their MBA grad "CEOs." I saw their cfo on Bloomberg news for a couple minutes, she said something to the effect of "we don't play the game they're playing, we define the game we want to play" and i almost spit out my water laughing
Honestly what a load of tosh. I don’t mind Graham weaver, but isn’t it ironic that he focuses on picking the ‘best’ or ‘A+’ people, and then they go and say things like that.

Sourcing is a fancy way of saying cold calling. Looking at their portfolio, it seems to be heavy focus in services/pro services. So I’d expect heavy cold calling into HVAC/Plumbing companies in this role

Ifind out if there is the ability to “graduate” from sourcing into BD/investing. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.
