Am I screwed now that the big wave of MM firms have finished recruiting for summer 2013 and I still don't have an offer? I am at a lower-tier BB so not holding out for Jan 2013 megafund recruiting. I am very worried that I've only had 3-4 interviews and no offers and it is already mid-May. Should I consider pushing to lateral up and trying again next year, or is there a very sizeable number of firms that haven't kicked off yet?
