Any deal data platforms that include details down to specific terms given?
work corp dev/m&a for a junior mining company. looking for a resource of deal data that would include typical deal terms and helping me economically value JVs and acquisitions at different stages. greatly appreciate any suggestions of platforms or companies that sell/offer this data
have looked at: pitchbook, privateraise, placement tracker, dealogic, and capital iq

CapIQ had a dedicated mining subset called SNL. Very very detailed data. Wonder if they still have it.
