Yes, it is the BDC subsidiary of Apollo Global. Did you even take the time to look at the website? The portfolio is clearly listed out and it discusses the types of "dequity" that it invests.
Yes, but I was wondering a bit more about if its equity positions and lending are directed towards control over the companies? Not sure of if its traditional lend-and-hold. "Dequity" was the item that I was wondering about a bit. It seems like they essentially fund their own lending and ownership of the company... sort of venture capital, MM lending, and PE all in one.
