Culture seems to be good, talked to a Sr. Associate in the LA office and he is pretty happy/content. I'm not sure on compensation but I assume it would be below traditional buyout PE since it is just sr. secured lending out of a BDC as well as the fact that you will likely get a lifestyle bump.
I'm not sure about NY but the LA office doesn't kick people out.
Solid group, good hours, good pay. In this regulatory environment, MM direct lending offers very attractive risk-reward for the fund and the bankers.
