Wanted to see if anyone had any information about this group. Culture, Interview process, career progression, lifestyle, comp, etc...

I'm a first year analyst at a BB lev fin group.

All posts appreciated!

Culture seems to be good, talked to a Sr. Associate in the LA office and he is pretty happy/content. I'm not sure on compensation but I assume it would be below traditional buyout PE since it is just sr. secured lending out of a BDC as well as the fact that you will likely get a lifestyle bump.

I'm not sure about NY but the LA office doesn't kick people out.
