Associate exit into corp dev
Ignore title. Finishing my associate program and will not get VP promote. I want to exit into corporate and looking for thoughts on what sort of level to apply for? Is it Sr Manager level or VP type roles (for reference looking at F500 firms)?
In hindsight wish I hadn’t left MBB for PE, my friends are now either up for Partner soon or leaving for VP/ SVP roles
Why not try to go back to MBB
I’d have to rejoin as an Associate which is where I was before I left for PE. MBB discounts external experience heavily (unless you are exec level in which case there’s a grueling process to come in directly as a Partner)
