AXA Venture Partners (CVC) Exits / comp

Have an opportunity to interview for an associate position with the VC arm of the European insurer AXA, AVP.

I've heard conflicting things about CVCs but AXA is definitely top tier in insurance / fintech / asset management - 2nd largest FIG in the world based on revenue behind Berkshire.

Not sure what the exit ops for this would look like? I come from a FIG strategy consulting background, trad VC afterward focused on fintech? What is comp like? vertical ops? (not sure I would stay for more than 2 years as no potential to move into a pos with carry...)

Thanks for the advice!
