Haven’t heard much about hours (curious if anyone knows) but associate backgrounds seem strong. Would people take Berkshire over an Advent or Bain or are they all close enough?
Really just preference at that point - spoke to someone at Berkshire that chose them over Bain, really just about long term goals but I’d say all are similar enough prestige-wise
