How is envision, genesiscare, and global medical response doing for Momtazee?
any thoughts/insights on general atlantic, wp, carlyle hc
WP has been crushing it in healthcare recently. Exits in Summit and Polyplus were around 10x and 5x CoC and just partnered with Advent on a carve out of Baxter
How’s MDP’s HC group regarded?
How are Apollo and Centerbridge’s HC teams regarded?
Bump
I don’t think they have healthcare teams per se; that said, I don’t believe it’s really a focus for either of them
People in PE Healthcare are leeches to society

Media portrays it as such especially liberal sources. Worked at a PE-backed company of one of the firms listed here and it was a fantastic experience. I've worked at other healthcare companies (including public) and I can honestly say the PE-backed company was the most efficient with how it handled costs / innovation. Granted my experience may be an anomaly as the company's 'exit sale' proved to be an absolute homerun.
I enjoy following some healthcare academics on LinkedIn but some of them are heavily biased against PE with anecdotal stories to back up their claims.
Consonance Capital
Super strong team, +1.
Anyone know about Life Sciences / Biotech teams? Thinking royalty firms like Blackstone Life Sciences & Royalty Pharma, but also minority stake firms like Bain Cap Life Sciences

Arsenal, GTCR, Nautic, TA
How is Webster Equity? Fund size seems to be growing by the years.
Excellere also seems to have had some good funds too. How are they considered within healthcare PE?
