Best resources for understanding consumer/retail industry?
Joining a BB FT in a different coverage group, but have started to become a lot more interested in the consumer/retail industry.
I know there are several news outlets with retail sections (CNBC, Reuters, WSJ) and things like Retail Brew, but wondering if anyone covering this industry has other suggestions for primers, material, metrics/multiples/drivers, deal/industry trend news, etc to help enhance my understanding.
