This list is pretty helpful but anecdotally the rankings are not accurate. Culture varies wildly so really depends what you are looking for - sourcing can be 0% or 100% of your job. Plenty of threads on each associate program.
Think it’s a good starting point. However a lot of the names on that list aren’t “true-Growth” most are actually Growth buyout (I.e. KKR Growth, TA, TPG Growth) just to name a very small few. Feel like growth buyout vs. true growth are def different in culture / content of work
