Lots of the traditional VCs who invest across technology also invest in enterprise software - A16Z, Accel, Insight, etc. 

Emergence Capital is a big one that just does enterprise SaaS. Scored some big exits with Zoom and Veeva, among others.

Overall if you're interested in early stage VC focused on enterprise software, I'd just try to break into the top VCs overall, then establish that focus area once you join.
