Blackstone Diverse Leaders 2024

Received an email stating, “Thank you for applying to the 2024 Diverse Leaders and/or Future Women Leaders program(s)! As a next step, we would like to offer you the opportunity to attend our upcoming Blackstone webinar series. These webinars aim to provide you with a deeper understanding of Blackstone before potentially participating in one of the programs. We strongly encourage you to attend at least one session.”

Anyone else getting this?

Tbh, I think they are letting everyone take the plyometrics assessment and interview, and they send out invitation links for webinars for everyone too. I was trying to find out what is the procedure for this program, but I couldn't figure out anything the only thing that I think is all applicants take all assessments and interviews no matter I don't know what you think.
