Book recommendations

I am looking for books that would cover more advanced concepts when it comes to company growth / investment / etc.

I wanna learn more about: - when/how/why we buy specific businesses - advanced corp finance concepts - fundraising - equity offerings / ipos - m&a in depth both from strategic and financial buyers POV

I like technical stuff so no worries if there are concepts in the books that will require additional digging.

It probably sounds a bit all over the place but hopefully you get what I mean.
