Boutique PE firm vs. Deloitte Federal?

Hi, I'm a junior undergrad (2021 grad date) from a non-target school with 2 summer internship offers I'm deciding between: 1. Consulting with Deloitte Government and Public Services 2. Summer Analyst at a boutique PE firm with ~12B under management.

Pay for both is the same, PE firm is based in Charlotte though so the money would go further. If I'm interested in trying for MBB after graduation, which should I choose? Decision deadline is coming up in a couple weeks, so prompt responses would be much appreciated!
