Buyside Sectoral Tailwinds

I am a second-year analyst who decided to recruit for buy-side roles right now. What are the longer-term industries and/or strategies that might see some growth? I understand that PE is a fairly mature industry, but ideally would want to attach myself to a shop/industry with favorable tailwinds. Is it something like GE with growing tech spends with AI and the human element of sourcing? Or maybe something like secondaries or infra due to an increased need for liquidity and/or AI data centers? I am interested in the prospect of investing and evaluating things from an owner mindset, not super set on strategy/sector per se, so I would love to get a stronger sense from people in the industry. Much more interested in the broader understanding of businesses rather than being a super technical person, personality-wise.
