Canadian PE Comp Raises

Curious to see if folks at Canadian funds are seeing total comp increases in light of banks increasing pay. Anecdotally I have heard that the larger pension funds have hiked comp. I'm at one of the MMs and target comp is flat year over year - can't say I'm thrilled. Would be interested to hear what everyone's seeing.
