Working on a LMM project (<$10m deal) as an intern/part time employee. Found an investor in my netowrk for the deal but before we go forward, I want to secure a finders fee for connecting the investor to the sponsor.
Just graduated college and have no idea what the right number is. Is 2% of total deal value too high?
