Comp higher as the firm is located in Switzerland. Heard Associate comp is around EUR 180 k
Do you know anything about performances? They are well known from where i am from (wien, Austria).

Sounds correct to me. This is a bit less than assoc comp at the best paying banks in ZH but still good

FYI 100k CHF in switzerland is like a 60k usd salary in a suburb. the COL is insane
Depending on where you live taxes are dirt cheap if you aren't a US citizen. Capvis isn't based in Zurich, its based in Baar which has super low income tax rates (I believe in 15% all-in range but could be off there).
