Career Advice for Entry level Jobs in PE firms

resume

I am a fresher who is about to start his job search in about 2-3 months and is currently interested in joining a PE fund.

A little background about myself: I am currently 21 years old, a CFA Level 2 candidate appearing for this nov attempt, and have just completed my undergraduation in Business Economics (Hons) from Delhi University (India) with an overall CGPA of 7.2 I have upload my resume for reference.
Please provide your honest opinion and advice on the following:-

1) What are my chances assuming I will pass the CFA level 2 exam in November?

2) What skills and knowledge should I get in the meantime to improve my chances??

3) What are some of the best PE funds in India and globally that I should target?

4) What should be my salary expectations assuming I join a PE fund after clearing my CFA level 2 exam?

5) Am I on the right career path for PE or should I take a different route like joining an investment bank first Or studying for CAT (MBA entrance exam of India) to get admission to tier 1 MBA college

6) Do you folks think the CFA level 3 specialized pathway introducing in 2025 -"Private Market will improve my chances or should I take the legacy pathway of Portfolio Management?

Please help me folks I have so many doubts🙏🙏🙏🙏

(PS: I have cleared my CFA level 1 Feb 2024 attempt with 90+ percentile)
