Case Study for VP Interview
Hi all, I’m interviewing for a VP role at a real estate PE firm. I’ve been through seven rounds of interviews (3 MDs and 4 VPs, mostly Zoom) and had a 1-hour in-person interview with one of the MDs. The team and role feel like a good fit.
Now they’ve asked me to sign an NDA and complete a case study. The role focuses on a different product type, but my skills are largely transferable (I’m currently a VP in an investment role at a well-regarded developer, with 6 years of highly relevant experience post-MBA and 4 years pre-MBA.)
Is it standard for PE firms to request case studies at this stage? Is there anything specific I should focus on in my response to best highlight my fit for the role?
Many thanks in advance!!
they can request case study at any point, it's their process to run.
