Hi Guys! I have a 4-hr timed case study this week in which I need to do a term loan analysis for a consumer financing company and write an investment memo and calculate IRRs, gains and losses and conduct scenario analysis. Can someone please PM me some models (with answers would be great) to practise, or point me to some guides/websites? I would greatly appreciate it. I am not really comfortable with the interests and principals tick and tie in the cash flow models.
