One of the new consultants I am mentoring at my MBB firm approached me the other day about moving into PE and what that process looks like on the consulting side. I referred him to this site as there is plenty of information on here about that, but I have a question regarding the timeline for interviews, HH meetings, etc.
Do consultants participate in recruiting on the same timeline as bankers, or do they have interviews at a later date (ex. November 2018 vs. February 2019)?
