Overall a pretty impressive group that's well regarded. It's my understanding that it can be a bit tough to move up so you do see people do a couple of years there and then head to business school. Culture is group dependent but they generally seem to perceive themselves as pretty "cerebral". Hopefully others can provide greater colour and current context.
