Cressey & Co. - Thoughts?

Does anyone have any opinions or thoughts on Cressey & Co?

It's Brian Cressey's (Founder of GTCR & Thoma Cressey Bravo) newly founded fund and only healthcare focused. I can't seem to find any accurate or recent news on fund size, fundraising or deals. FactSet's data is off.....like usual.

Solid firm, top notch team, eats and dreams about healthcare. Great place to work if you want to get sector-specific and don't mind Chicago. PM for more details, I have worked on a co-invest with these guys.

I’m a few years stale on Cressey but...

Top notch HC focused shop. Think of them similar to Frazier and maybe Linden. Great network in industry.

Strong performance over a long period of time.

Team at the top has been the same for a while, good think to see consistency.

They’ve built out the middle layer quite a bit. Used to just be associates and partners with a single VP/Principal.

Heavy sourcing at the associate level. That is your primary responsibility.
