Thanks, can you expand a bit on junior experience in general? Eg. role of analysts/associates on deals, actual interesting work vs admin / database updates etc.
So I'm not 100% sure about TacOpps specifically, but I have a close friend who interned at CD&R, and he mentioned he took a full-time IB offer instead of that just because of the role of ANs straight out of UG in large-cap PE firms and how most of the interesting work goes to those trained in banking. Not saying I'd personally do this or that anyone else should, but that was his reasoning
