US team some good folks, remember interviewing with one guy who was a dick but the rest were either laid back or chill. Old WCAS spin-off basically so you have the buyout DNA with growthier assets. Low leverage if any, if I had to guess probably 75-200 of equity (don’t hold me to those numbers that’s ballpark), probably looking to take assets from 10-20% growth to 20-30% and add a solid team, do some M&A, help with some expansion, etc

 

For NY office, I got the impression you had very different experiences depending on which MD you worked under. One was an awesome guy, sharp but pretty approachable, the other was very intense and kind of a dick. 

See a good number of internal promotes and the culture among junior / midlevel folks seems alright.
