CVC Growth vs KKR NGT vs Permira Growth

All NYC based. For people in growth equity, what is seen as more respected / better culture / better upward mobility / better compensation?

Seems like all 3 are great and have done a lot of good deals.

- Permira: Would slightly lean toward saying they have the best rep of these three, but I don't think it's so different that I would pick based on that alone. Have been in the growth game the longest and are known for having a solid track record

- CVC: Have heard that the growth arm is being absorbed into the overall CVC entity i.e. growth deals will be done out of the flagship fund going forward and the group will essentially supplant/augment the buyout TMT group (which hasn't been strong for a few years now). Some decent guys on the growth side and a few success stories.

- KKR: Have also done some decent deals, but be careful not to confuse the broader KKR brand for the growth fund's brand as they're still establishing themselves in this space. Don't know the people / culture that well

Has the broader CVC platform (excluding tech) in other sectors performed well

CVC Capital Partners VII dated 2018 returned 36.1% Net IRR to date, and VI dated 2014 returned 20% -- so I'm assuming yes.
