Didn't Take SAT...

For context, I am a current junior at a target school, going to an EB in the summer. I know this is silly, but I didn't take my SAT due to COVID-19 restrictions and the fact that colleges didn't require it. Will this screw me over for on-cycle for UMM/MF? Would doing my SAT in the next year or two be even worth it?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, not having taken the SAT due to COVID-19 restrictions is unlikely to significantly impact your on-cycle recruiting for UMM/MF roles, especially since you're already at a target school and have secured an EB internship. These factors carry much more weight in the recruiting process than standardized test scores.

However, if you feel that adding a strong SAT score to your resume would help bolster your profile (e.g., to address any perceived gaps or to stand out further), it could be worth considering. That said, most candidates in your position focus on excelling in their internship, networking, and preparing for technical and behavioral interviews, as these are the primary determinants for UMM/MF recruiting success. Taking the SAT at this stage is generally not necessary unless you have a specific reason to believe it would add value to your application.
